Tell us what happened — a user, an experience, a piece of content. We help you put it into a report Roblox's Trust & Safety team can actually act on, and follow up on your behalf.
Email your reportRoblox's Trust & Safety team reviews an enormous volume of reports every day. A report that's vague, missing context, or scattered across a screenshot and a sentence is easy to skip past.
"this guy keeps saying weird stuff in the game pls ban him" — true, but nothing a reviewer can act on quickly.
Username, experience, date, exact behavior, and evidence links laid out in the order Trust & Safety expects to see them.
Each step depends on the one before it — that's why we number them.
Email us the username or experience involved, what happened, and when you saw it. Screenshots or links help, but aren't required to start.
We read what you sent, ask a follow-up question if something's missing, and organize it into a clear, complete report.
We submit it to Roblox Support through their official channels and keep you posted if there's anything further to add.
If it violates Roblox's Community Standards, we can help you put together a case for it.
Targeted bullying, threats, or coordinated harassment against you or someone else.
Content, builds, or experiences that violate Roblox's content standards, including attempts to bypass filters.
Trade scams, phishing links, fake giveaways, or Robux fraud schemes.
Accounts pretending to be someone else, including creators, moderators, or public figures.
Usernames or slang used to slip inappropriate meaning past automated filters.
